Locum Tenens Physician - Oncology - Medical Needed in Florida

We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Physician for our client in Florida for a 40-day assignment. This role involves working M-F from 8am to 5pm in an outpatient clinic setting, with limited 1:6 out-of-house call. The physician will be responsible for seeing patients, managing notes, and performing typical outpatient duties.

Responsibilities and Duties

• See patients
• Manage patient notes
• Perform typical outpatient duties
• Provide care for patients undergoing chemotherapy and immunotherapy, with a focus on breast cancer cases

• Board Certifications: Medical Oncology
• EMR: Aria
• Setting: Outpatient clinic with out-of-house call
• Call Schedule: Limited 1:6 out-of-house call
• Patients Per Day: Approximately 3 new patients and 8 established patients per day
• LOA: 40 Days
• Staffing Mix: 5 other Medical Oncology Physicians, 6 APPs and support staff
