Locum Tenens Physician - Oncology - Medical Needed in KY

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Oncologist Physician for a 6-month assignment with our client in KY, commencing Nov 2, 2026. The schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role focuses on consults and patient check-ins, managing 12-18 patients per day with a blend of inpatient and outpatient cases, and no procedural requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct patient consults
• Perform patient check-ins
• Manage a daily patient volume of 12-18 cases
• Handle a mix of inpatient and outpatient cases, with very few inpatient encounters
• Work within departments located in close proximity
• No procedures required
