Job Description

We are seeking an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 91-day assignment starting May 18, 2026, in Colorado. This role involves comprehensive obstetrical care, including routine and complicated deliveries, C-sections, and clinic duties seeing approximately 20 patients daily, with 24-hour hospital coverage and a rotating call schedule.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform required obstetrics procedures, including managing low-risk pregnancies and patients with pre-existing conditions.
  • Interpret FHR using NST/CST/FSE.
  • Manage routine deliveries, including vaginal and low forceps deliveries, and make decisions for C-sections.
  • Handle complicated deliveries, including C-sections, breech presentations, multiple births, and abruptions.
  • Perform VBACs and repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations.
  • Conduct clinic duties, seeing an average of 20 patients per day.
  • Provide hospital coverage for an average of 8 deliveries and 8 OB/GYN surgeries per week.
  • Manage a caseload composed of approximately 70% low-risk pregnancies, 10% high-risk pregnancies, and 30% C-sections.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required.
  • EMR system utilized: Epic.
