Job Description

Our client in Ohio is seeking an experienced Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 36-day assignment starting Jul 6, 2026. This role involves weekend 24-hour out-of-house call shifts, primarily Friday through Sunday from 7 AM to 7 AM, providing comprehensive emergency OB/GYN coverage for a facility that handles approximately 850 deliveries annually. The Physician will manage cases including ectopic pregnancies, deliveries, C-sections, and urgent gynecologic consults in various settings.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide 24-hour weekend out-of-house call coverage.
  • Offer out-of-house inpatient coverage.
  • Perform procedures such as ectopic pregnancies, deliveries, and C-sections.
  • Deliver 24/7 emergency OB/GYN coverage for labor, ruptured membranes, bleeding, pain, and other urgent needs.
  • Conduct gynecologic consults in the Emergency Room, OR, and Labor & Delivery.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
  • The Electronic Medical Record system utilized is Paragon.
