Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Dermatologist for an 8-day assignment starting Jun 1, 2026, in Indiana. This role involves approximately 8 hours per week, focusing on physician-level review and oversight of escalated clinical cases, identifying co-occurring conditions, and engaging in collaborative care planning for chronic, complex dermatology patients, including those with autoimmune conditions. The Dermatologist will also work closely within a team-based care model.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide physician-level review and oversight of escalated clinical cases from APPs, Clinical Pharmacists, and care team partners.
  • Identify co-occurring or contributing conditions that may impact diagnosis, treatment response, or patient outcomes.
  • Participate in collaborative case reviews and interdisciplinary care planning.
  • Maintain compliance with all CHC, clinical, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with APPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Care Navigators, and Health Coaches to deliver coordinated patient care.
  • Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to APPs and pharmacy partners.
  • Contribute feedback on workflows, care protocols, and patient experience initiatives.
  • Support a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Dermatology required.
  • Experience with chronic, complex dermatology patients and autoimmune conditions.
