Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Critical Care Medicine Physician for a 100-day assignment starting Jul 1, 2026, in Missouri. You will provide critical care services in a ICU and CTU, managing ventilation, performing various invasive procedures, and handling acute patient issues during 12-hour shifts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver specialized care in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage patients in a ICU and CTU
  • Perform Ventilation Management
  • Execute Invasive procedures (ETT/NT/Tracheostomy)
  • Manage Non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP)
  • Perform Chest tube insertion
  • Conduct Bronchoscopy with bronchial alveolar lavage (BAL)
  • Evaluate and manage acute volume/BP issues
  • Perform Insertion of Central line
  • Perform Insertion of Arterial line
  • Perform Insertion of PA catheter
  • Perform Insertion of Intra-Aortic Balloon pump (IABP)
  • Perform Temporary placement procedures
  • Manage ICP evaluation and management
  • Perform Dialysis catheter placement
  • Conduct Diagnostic/therapeutic taps
  • Perform Lumbar puncture
  • Perform Paracentesis
  • Perform Thoracentesis
