Locum Tenens CRNA - AZ Needed in Arizona

We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 100-day assignment in Arizona. This role involves working Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm, with a rotating weekend call schedule every fourth week and a specific weekday call rotation where you will be float and take call for one week out of three, with the other two weeks having no weekday call. The duties encompass a variety of cases including general surgery, OB/GYN, GI, Ortho, and occasional CathLab procedures, focusing primarily on Ortho and General cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide anesthesia for various surgical cases including general surgery, OB/GYN, GI, Ortho, and occasional CathLab procedures
• Focus primarily on Orthopedic and General cases
• Work Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm shifts
• Participate in a four-week rotating weekend call schedule
• Manage a weekday call rotation: two weeks with no call, and one week as a float with call responsibilities
• Perform duties in a clinic and call setting

• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Work Setting: Clinic and Call
• Call Schedule: Out of house beeper call; weekdays from 3pm to 7am and weekends/holidays for 24 hours, with hourly call back if called in
• Patient Volume: 4-25 patients per day
• Operating Rooms: 2 main operating rooms
• Minimum Shifts Per Month: 10-20
• LOA: 100 Days
