Job Description
Our client in California is actively seeking an Anesthetist for a 90-day assignment starting Jul 13, 2026. This role involves 4 10-hour shifts weekly with no call. The successful candidate will manage approximately 5 cases per shift, working under the supervision of an Anesthesiology Physician at a 1:3 ratio. Duties encompass a broad range of cases including General Surgery, Vascular, GYN, Orthopedics, Urology, Head and Neck, Healthy pediatrics, and Ophthalmology, with no cardiac, neuro, heart, trauma, or OB cases.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage approximately 5 cases per shift/day.
- Work under the supervision of an Anesthesiology Physician at a 1:3 ratio.
- Provide anesthesia for a variety of cases including General Surgery, Vascular, GYN, Orthopedics (Spinal Anesthesia), Urology, Head and Neck, Healthy pediatrics, and Ophthalmology (Retinal, Cataract and Oculoplastics).
- Case exclusions include cardiac, neuro, heart, trauma, and OB.
