Locum Tenens CRNA - LA Needed in Louisiana

We are actively seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for an ongoing 120-day assignment in Louisiana. This role involves comprehensive anesthesia care across various shift lengths, including 8s, 10s, and 12s, as part of a rotational schedule. The Anesthetist will be comfortable independently managing a broad spectrum of cases from general to adult, pediatric, trauma, spinal, epidural, regional, obstetrical, and neurosurgical, with physician support for pre-ops and medical needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform epidural anesthesia
• Perform spinal anesthesia
• Administer general anesthesia
• Manage anesthesia for adult patients
• Manage anesthesia for pediatric patients
• Provide anesthesia for trauma cases
• Administer regional anesthesia for surgical procedures
• Handle obstetrical cases
• Manage neurosurgical cases
• Operate independently while two anesthesiologists are available to assist with pre-operative assessments and any necessary medical needs

• Other Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Patients Per Day: 3-4 or 10-12 for Endo, depending on the shift worked
• LOA: 120 Days
