Locum Tenens Physician - Anesthesiologist Needed in OH

Job Description

We are seeking a Physician specializing in Anesthesiology for a 30-day assignment in Ohio, commencing May 26, 2026. The schedule involves 7am to 3:00pm shifts. This role requires providing comprehensive anesthesia services across 19 operating rooms, 5 endoscopy rooms, and 1 maternity unit, encompassing responsibilities from supervising CRNAs with a 4:1 ratio to independently managing your own room when necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide anesthesia services within a 4:1 supervision model for medically directed cases
• Maintain the ability to independently manage an operating room when required
• Perform anesthesia for cases across operating rooms, endoscopy rooms, and a maternity unit
• Execute required procedures including Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, OB, Pediatric, Regional, and Thoracic
• Utilize skills in General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric), Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, and Obstetrical Cases
• Manage Open Heart Anesthesia, Thoracic cases, Complex vascular cases, and Complex orthopedic cases
• Administer Post-op epidurals, Post-op extremity blocks, Epidural steroid for Lumbar/Cervical, and Transforaminal Lumbar/Cervical
• Employ X-ray guidance in performance of blocks
• Oversee Ventilation management and Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
• Perform Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, and PA Catheter placement
• Supervise CRNAs effectively
