Locum Tenens Physician - Cardiologist Needed in CA

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cardiologist to join our client's team in California for a 60-day assignment starting Jun 2, 2026. This role involves a mix of M-F clinic hours from 8am-5pm, complemented by weeknight call from 5pm-8am and scheduled weekend 24-hour call. The Physician will manage a general cardiology caseload, including outpatient clinic duties and inpatient call/consults throughout the week.

Responsibilities and Duties

• M-F clinic 8am-4:30pm, with inpatient consults and ER admissions when on-call
• Weeknight call from 5pm-8am
• Weekend 24-hour call (schedule to be determined)
• Manage a general cardiology patient mix, including outpatient clinic work M-F and inpatient call/consults throughout the week
