Locum Tenens Dentist - ID Needed in ID

Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Dentist specializing in Dentistry for a 7-day assignment with our client in ID, starting Jun 24, 2026. This role involves working 8a-5p shifts, managing a full panel of patients daily, and performing a variety of operative and pediatric procedures, including stainless steel crowns, fillings, pulpotomies, and hygiene checks, primarily for Medicaid patients. The successful candidate will be comfortable with high patient volumes, seeing approximately 40 patients per day.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work out of 3 chairs, seeing a full panel of patients
• Perform pediatric procedures including SSC crowns, fillings, pulpotomies, sealants, and hygiene exams
• Perform both operative dentistry and hygiene checks
• Manage high patient volume, approximately 40 patients per day
• Provide care for Medicaid patients, including stainless steel crowns, bridges, simple extractions, fillings, and cleanings
