Locum Tenens Dentist - NM Needed in New Mexico

Our client in New Mexico is actively seeking a skilled Dentist for a 7-day assignment starting Nov 23, 2023. This role involves seeing patients in a dynamic dental setting, performing procedures such as surgical extractions, denture steps/digital dentures, crown & bridge, and comprehensive treatment planning. The schedule is primarily Monday through Wednesday from 8am to 5pm and Thursday from 9am to 7pm across the specified assignment dates, ensuring focused patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform surgical extractions, including simple, surgical, and full mouth extractions.
• Manage denture steps and implement digital denture solutions.
• Provide crown and bridge procedures.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver patient care in a general dental setting.

Additional Information

• Required certifications: Controlled Substances Registration (CSR) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
• Assignment length: 7 days.
• Call schedule: No call required.
• Average patient volume: 20 patients per day.
• Support staff includes 4 Dental Assistants, 2 Hygienists, and 1 Lead Technician.
