We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 12-day assignment in Florida, starting Jun 29, 2026. This role involves going to patient's homes to perform care, focusing on regenerative medicine services such as trigger point injections, Myers’ cocktail infusions, joint injections, and exosome therapies. Shifts are 9a-5p, and patient appointments are scheduled in one-hour increments, allowing for comprehensive evaluation and treatment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in their homes as needed.
• Deliver regenerative medicine services, including trigger point injections, Myers’ cocktail infusions, joint injections, and exosome therapies.
