Job Description
Our client in Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment starting Jun 1, 2026. This role involves 7:30am - 4pm shifts, where you will primarily manage sick calls, conduct rounds, perform chronic and preventative care procedures, and handle trauma triage, ensuring comprehensive patient care within a primary care setting.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Sick Call and rounding
- Running chronic and preventative care procedures and follow ups
- Preventative care clinics
- May be called upon for infirmary rounds for internal medicine cases
- Trauma triage
- Charting notes
- Med refills
- PA/NP lines in morning (suture removal, follow ups, etc)
- Med non-compliance with patients
Additional Information
- Ability to do sutures and splinting is a plus, but not required.
