Job Description

Our client in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 7-day assignment, beginning May 29, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care for employees and dependents of local school districts, covering women's health, history/physical exams, and managing non-acute walk-in cases. The schedule includes various 7a-5p shifts across multiple dates through August.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide primary care to employees and dependents of Appleton / Menasha School District.
  • Work in a private employer-based primary care clinic setting.
  • Manage bread and butter outpatient primary care needs.
  • Oversee lab orders, with most sent out through Quest and some drawn in-house.
  • Collaborate with RN/MA staff for vaccine administration.
  • Dispense non-CSII medications onsite, utilizing barcode scanning.
  • Conduct non-acute walk-in visits on a scheduled same-day basis.
  • Perform history and physical examinations.
  • Provide women's health services.
  • Manage patient appointments ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
