Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 4-day assignment in Wisconsin, starting Aug 7, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services within a private employer-based clinic, focusing on employees and their dependents from local school districts. The schedule includes varying shift hours across the assignment, supporting general outpatient primary care, women's health, and acute walk-ins.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide primary care services for employees of Appleton / Menasha School District.
  • Work within a private employer based primary care clinic.
  • Deliver bread and butter OP primary care for Employees, Spouses, & Dependents (company: Appleton & Menasha area school districts).
  • Send most labs out through Quest; some labs can be drawn in house.
  • Oversee RN/MA administration of vaccines in clinic.
  • Dispense medications onsite (scanning barcodes, non CSII's).
  • Manage non-acute walk-ins (on a schedule same day visit).
  • Conduct History/Physicals.
  • Provide Women's Health services.
  • Handle 30 min - 1 hour long appointments.
