Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice Needed in WY

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in Wyoming, commencing Jul 6, 2026. This role involves managing primary care walk-in appointments across three clinic locations, with shifts available from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for a variety of cases, including colds, flu, injuries, suturing, and medication refills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage all aspects of primary care walk-in appointments.
• Conduct patient appointments within 20-minute blocks.
• Float between three clinic locations, which are approximately 10-20 minutes apart.
• Treat a broad range of cases including cold, cough, flu, injuries, and medication refills.
• Perform suturing and potentially casting.
• Capability to perform joint aspirations is a plus.
