Our client in California is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 60-day assignment starting May 18, 2026. This role involves delivering essential primary care services, including managing common complaints in a rural health FQHC setting, with typical shifts running from 10 AM to 6 PM or 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care across all age groups.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary care services within a PC FQHC and rural health framework.
- Manage multiple patient complaints per visit.
- See mostly adult patients but must be comfortable seeing all ages.
- Utilize Spanish language proficiency for effective patient communication.
- Perform minimal primary care procedures, as full-scope procedures are handled by other providers on-site.
