Job Description

Our client in Arizona is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 52-day assignment beginning Aug 31, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive direct and indirect medical care, including a weekly commitment to a satellite clinic, with shifts from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The Physician will manage a variety of urgent care and family practice cases, from common illnesses to minor procedures like suturing and I&Ds, while formulating diagnoses, implementing treatment plans, and responding to medical emergencies.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide direct and indirect medical care to meet the healthcare needs of the patients within the facility.
  • Formulate a working diagnosis, develop and implement a treatment plan, and evaluate/modify therapeutic regimens.
  • Evaluate patients who have returned from off-site treatment.
  • Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies throughout the facility.
  • Coordinate, lead, and participate in educational and training activities related to medical care for patients.
  • Address typical urgent care and family practice cases, covering a wide range of ailments from minor injuries to common illnesses, including some suturing and basic procedures like Incision and Drainage (I&Ds).
  • Service a satellite clinic once a week.
