Job Description
We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 60-day assignment in California, starting May 18, 2026. This role involves providing primary care within an FQHC setting, focusing on rural health, and managing a high volume of diverse patient complaints during an 8:30a-5p shift.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a diverse patient panel, including 18+ ages, within an FQHC primary care setting.
- Address common complaints such as colds, coughs, and flu, serving a high volume of Spanish-speaking patients.
- Handle 3+ complaints per visit, demonstrating ability to manage patient complexity.
- Efficiently manage patient volumes, seeing 22+ patients per day within 15-minute appointment slots.
- Practice within rural health guidelines and FQHC basics, including care for Medical/cade patients.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
- Experience with Epic EMR system.
