Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner for a 14-day assignment in MA, starting Jun 20, 2026. This role involves flexible 5-6 hour shifts daily, providing essential primary care support across two assisted living facilities. You will manage ongoing illnesses, conduct initial evaluations for new arrivals, consult with rehab teams, and prioritize patient needs, playing a crucial role in patient well-being.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care to patients across two assisted living facilities.
• Manage ongoing patient illnesses, including diabetes and hypertension.
• Conduct initial evaluations for new arrivals as needed.
• Review patient notes and prioritize daily patient visits.
• Consult with the rehab team to share patient updates.
• Maintain efficient appointment times and meticulous charting.
• Utilize Google Workspace/Gemini, Office Ally EHR Tool, and Doximity.

Additional Information

• Experience with Office Ally EMR is preferred.
