Job Description

We are seeking a Geriatrics Physician Assistant for an exciting 120-day assignment in North Carolina, starting Jun 15, 2026. Our client needs a dedicated professional to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, providing comprehensive medical, health, and social services within a PACE Clinic setting. This role focuses on the geriatric population, specifically frail or elderly individuals aged 55 years and older, encompassing adult day health programs and rehabilitation therapy.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work in a PACE Clinic setting, providing comprehensive medical, health, and social services to elderly participants.
• Care for frail or elderly individuals aged 55 years and older, who meet nursing home care requirements but live safely in the community.
• Engage in adult day health programs and rehabilitation therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.
