Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Geriatrics Physician for a 60-day assignment in Florida, commencing Jun 29, 2026. In this vital role, you will serve as the sole provider, supported by a Nurse Practitioner and Medical Assistants. Your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive geriatric and preventative medicine, emphasizing patient retention, and ensuring precise coding and charting within a Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the sole provider, collaborating with one Nurse Practitioner and Medical Assistants.
• Provide patient-centered care, dedicating ample time to each individual.
• Ensure precise coding and accurate charting.
• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency and organizational skills.
• Apply extensive experience in geriatrics and preventative medicine.
• Manage a diverse patient panel, including high risk (15-20%), emerging risk (10-20%), and low risk (70-80%) cases.
• Focus on the primary objective of managing patient care to prevent hospital admissions.
