This role involves total patient management within a busy NICU, a regional referral center handling high-risk deliveries and post-surgery care for infants with flexible shift hours. You will manage patients through an average 21-28 day stay before transfer.

• Provide total patient management for neonatal patients under physician direction.
• Care for infants recovering from various surgeries, including growers and feeders.
• Manage patients with an average stay of 21-28 days.
• Address significant numbers of high-risk deliveries as part of a regional referral center.
