Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Neurological Surgeon to join our client in New Jersey for a 21-day assignment starting Jun 1, 2026. This role involves building a patient portfolio through pre-screening and consults, qualifying patients for surgery, and performing various surgical procedures. The initial schedule is typically 8 AM to 5 PM, with surgical days increasing over time as the practice develops.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build patient portfolio
  • Perform pre-screening and consults
  • Qualify patients for surgery
  • Perform surgical procedures, including Cervical Fusion, Lumbar Fusion, Laminectomy, Total Disc Replacement, and Boney Fusions
  • Focus initially on consults to establish patient base in the first month
  • Integrate surgeries into the schedule in subsequent months as the patient portfolio grows
