Job Description

Our client in California is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 9-day assignment beginning Jun 1, 2026. This remote role involves evaluating leave of absence, agile work arrangement, and ADA requests, as well as return-to-work notes, and collaborating with the Leave of Absence team. The selected practitioner will help address a backlog of requests, with a flexible schedule requiring at least 4 hours per week.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Evaluate Agile Work Arrangement (AWA) and ADA requests
  • Make determinations on return-to-work with restrictions notes
  • Collaborate primarily with the Leave of Absence (LOA) Team
  • Meet with employees, at your discretion, for further evaluation into requests
  • Prioritize and address the current backlog of requests
  • Information will be sent through Secure File Transfer
  • Not required to complete forms such as FMLA and disability paperwork

  • Required to hold licenses in CA, KY, and DC
  • This is a remote position
  • Work will involve at least 4 hours per week
