Job Description

Our client in Arizona is actively seeking a skilled Optometrist to begin a 240-day assignment starting Jun 1, 2026. This vital role involves covering for a permanent optometrist on leave, working an 8a-5p schedule, and providing comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages, ensuring continuity of care within the practice.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Complete comprehensive eye examinations for infants, children, adults and elderly.
  • Treatment for eye injuries.
  • Diabetic eye health assessment is available by appointments.
  • Management of eye diseases.
  • Diagnostic Testing including: Optical Coherence Topography (OCT), Visual Field Perimeters (VF), and Retinal Imaging.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Optometry is required.
