Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Podiatrist for an engaging 38-day locum tenens assignment in Kansas, starting Jul 13, 2026. The successful candidate will manage 8:30 AM to 4 PM shifts, focusing on routine nail maintenance, comprehensive diabetic foot care, and addressing various other foot-related injuries and conditions, including corns, calluses, and wound care. This role involves visits to homes and nursing homes within the service radius, with no prescribing required.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide routine nail maintenance, including nail trimming, in-grown nail treatment, and nail infection treatment.
  • Deliver comprehensive diabetic foot care, including treatment of foot-related diabetes symptoms, diabetic ulcers, and diabetic neuropathy.
  • Address other foot-related injuries and conditions, such as corns, calluses, and wound care.
  • Conduct visits to homes and nursing homes within the service radius.
  • Prescribing is not required for this role.
