Locum Tenens Physician - Radiation Oncologist Needed in WI

Job Description

We are seeking a Radiation Oncologist for a 9-day assignment in Wisconsin, starting Oct 19, 2026. The Physician will cover clinic hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, followed by an on-call schedule until the next day, including specific weekend and holiday coverage. Duties will primarily involve managing treatment cases, handling rare emergency new patients, supervising machines, providing follow-up care, and performing pre-prepared simulations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cover clinic hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Manage an on-call schedule from clinic close until the next day.
• Provide coverage for specific blocks of dates, including weekend call and clinic days.
• Handle mostly treatment cases for patients.
• Address emergency new patients when they arise (infrequently).
• Oversee machine operations and patient follow-up.
• Perform prepared simulations.
