Locum Tenens Physician - Radiologist Needed in CA

Job Description

Our client is actively seeking a skilled Radiologist Physician to join their team for an engaging 40-day assignment in California, commencing Jun 29, 2026. This dynamic role will involve a blend of on-site interventional radiology procedures, including ABUS reads, alongside remote responsibilities for diagnostic mammograms and ultrasounds, ensuring comprehensive patient care through direct communication regarding results. We are looking for a dedicated professional ready to contribute immediately.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform on-site interventional radiology procedures, 8-12 per day, every two weeks.
• Conduct on-site ABUS reads, with an estimated volume of 25-35 per week, between procedures.
• Execute remote reads for diagnostic mammograms and ultrasounds, processing 2-4 studies per hour.
• Communicate directly with patients via phone calls to discuss results.

Additional Information

• Board certification in Interventional Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology, and Radiology is required.
