Job Description

We are seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 30-day assignment in California, starting May 22, 2026. This role involves managing urgent care FQHC basics and rural health aspects for patients of all ages, handling multiple complaints within 15-minute appointment slots, and covering Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 10am-2pm shifts.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage urgent care FQHC basics and rural health aspects
  • Handle 3+ complaints per visit within 15-minute appointment slots
  • Provide primary care for mostly adult patients, but must see all ages
  • Perform minimal primary care procedures as other providers handle full scope procedures onsite
