Job Description

We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for an 84-day assignment in WA, starting Jul 7, 2026. The Physician Assistant will manage a solo urgent care clinic, following a 7 on, 7 off schedule with shifts from 10 am to 6 pm. This role involves seeing an average of 20 patients daily and handling a variety of typical urgent care cases, including minor procedures and walk-ins.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the sole provider in an urgent care clinic setting.
  • Manage a patient load averaging 20 per day, with variability ranging from less than 10 to over 30 patients.
  • Work a 7 on, 7 off schedule, typically Tuesday through Monday, from 10 am to 6 pm.
  • Perform typical urgent care procedures such as sutures, IMDs, toenail removals, laceration repairs, and foreign body removals.
  • Conduct x-ray readings and administer injections.
  • Provide care for both walk-in and scheduled urgent care patients.
