Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular/Interventional Radiologist Physician for a 120-day assignment in Virginia. This role, starting Jul 6, 2026, involves leading a hospital-based IR program, performing advanced imaging and procedural technology during 8-hour shifts with call. The Physician will engage in a mix of inpatient and outpatient procedures, ensuring multidisciplinary collaboration and contributing to program growth within a health system.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as medical director, leading and running the service line with dedicated administrative time.
  • Perform vascular interventions and embolization procedures.
  • Conduct biopsies and drain placements.
  • Execute dialysis access procedures.
  • Handle GI/GU interventions and hepatobiliary procedures.
  • Perform venous access procedures.
  • Provide image-guided minimally invasive procedures.
  • Manage both inpatient and outpatient procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to program growth and development.
