Job Description

We are seeking a Physician - Anesthesiologist to join our client for a 60-day assignment in Oregon, commencing on Aug 3, 2026. This role involves diverse shifts including 10, 12, and 16-hour options, plus remote first call, primarily focused on medically supervising CRNAs and managing a wide range of cases from Neuro to OB/GYN, Ortho, and Vascular. The position offers a dynamic environment with collaboration in a variety of surgical settings.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide anesthesia services for a broad spectrum of cases including Neuro, GI, Cath Lab, General, GYN, OB, Ortho, Vascular, Thoracic, foregut, hepatobiliary, OMFS, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics, Urology, Colorectal, and Radiation Oncology.
  • Medically supervise CRNAs during operative cases, ensuring 100% of CRNA performed cases are under medical supervision or direction by an Anesthesiologist.
  • Perform solo cases and collaborate with CRNAs, often involving supervision.
  • Participate in labor epidural procedures.
  • Utilize ultrasound for blocks.
  • Adhere to shift requirements: Monday through Friday 7a-5p (10hr), 7a-7p (12hr), 7a-11p (16hr), and Saturday/Sunday 7a-7p (12hr).
  • Fulfill remote first call requirements: Monday through Friday 7p-7a, Saturday through Sunday 7p-7a.
