Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Vascular/Interventional Radiologist Physician for a 120-day assignment starting Jul 6, 2026, in Virginia. This role involves an 8+ call schedule, where you will perform a diverse range of vascular interventions, embolization procedures, biopsies, and drain placements within a health system utilizing advanced imaging and procedural technology. The position offers involvement in program growth and multidisciplinary collaboration.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform vascular interventions and embolization procedures.
  • Conduct biopsies, drain placements, and dialysis access procedures.
  • Execute GI/GU interventions, hepatobiliary procedures, and venous access procedures.
  • Provide image-guided minimally invasive procedures, covering both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration and contribute to program growth.
  • Work within a independent nonprofit health system featuring a hospital-based IR program with advanced imaging and procedural technology.
