Locum Tenens Physician - Anesthesiologist Needed in CA

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist Physician for an 80-day assignment in California, starting May 11, 2026. This role involves an independent CRNA model with on-site support from an Anesthesiologist Medical Director, focusing on general cases and OB. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm, offering a dynamic environment for a dedicated professional.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide anesthesia services within an independent CRNA model, with on-site Anesthesiologist Medical Director support.
• Manage a diverse range of general surgical cases, including Ortho, ENT, Urology, IR, and Endoscopy.
• Perform OB epidurals and be comfortable with most other general cases.
• Utilize proficiency in general and regional anesthesia, neuraxial, and MAC techniques.
• Operate within a facility featuring four ORs and a procedure suite; no cardiac or neurosurgery cases.
• Supervise CRNAs, who practice independently at this facility.
• Regional blocks are preferred.
