Job Description

Our client in OR is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day assignment starting Jul 27, 2026. This role involves seeing patients of all ages for a broad range of general family practice cases, including urgent illnesses, chronic condition management, and preventative care. The schedule for this position is consistently 8a-5p.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • See patients of all ages, including FNPs
  • Provide same- and next-day appointments for urgent illnesses and injuries
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Conduct sports physicals
  • Perform screenings and administer vaccines
  • Conduct annual wellness visits and physicals
  • Provide well child check-ups, Medicare Wellness visits, and general check-ups
  • Manage complex patients and geriatric care
  • Make home health referrals
  • Oversee transitional care and post-ER follow-ups
  • Provide GYN and Well Woman care
  • Address acute conditions
  • Handle general family practice types of cases, referring to specialists as needed
