Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day assignment in Oregon. This role begins on Jul 27, 2026, offering a consistent 8a-5p schedule. The successful candidate will manage a diverse patient panel, providing comprehensive primary care services from urgent illnesses and injuries to chronic condition management, wellness visits, and specialized care across all age groups.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide same- and next-day appointments for urgent illnesses and injuries
  • Manage chronic conditions for patients
  • Conduct sports physicals, screenings, and vaccinations
  • Perform annual wellness visits and general physicals
  • Offer well child checks, Medicare Wellness exams, and general check-ups
  • Care for complex patients and provide geriatric care
  • Coordinate home health referrals and transitional care post-ER
  • Perform GYN/Well woman exams and manage acute conditions
  • Refer to specialists as needed for comprehensive patient care
