Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Pennsylvania for a 60-day assignment, starting Jul 6, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care during shifts from 7:30am - 4pm, encompassing sick call, chronic and preventative care procedures, infirmary rounds, trauma triage, charting, and medication management. You will play a crucial role in maintaining patient health and well-being.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Sick Call and rounding
  • Running chronic and preventative care procedures and follow ups
  • Preventative care clinics
  • May be called upon for infirmary rounds for internal medicine cases
  • Trauma triage
  • Charting notes
  • Med refills
  • PA/NP lines in morning (suture removal, follow ups, etc)
  • Med non-compliance with patients


Additional Information

  • Bread and Butter primary care cases
  • Chronic care cases (asthma, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc.)
  • Preventative care cases (annual physical exams)
  • Sick call (runny nose, headaches, back pain, etc.)
  • Ability to do sutures and splinting is a plus, not required
  • Physicals to be completed within 14 days of intake
  • APPs required to complete pap smears
  • Male providers will have a female nurse with them at all times
