Our client is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 5-day assignment in Virginia, starting May 5, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive care, including chronic illness management, annual wellness exams, and immunizations, for patients aged 19 and older. The schedule for this assignment is Monday and Tuesday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Wednesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension
- Treat acute conditions including respiratory infections and urinary tract infections
- Conduct annual wellness exams
- Administer immunizations
