Job Description

Our client in Oregon is seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 120-day assignment starting Jul 27, 2026. This role requires comprehensive family practice care for patients of all ages, with shifts typically from 8a-5p, focusing on a diverse range of duties including urgent care, chronic condition management, and various wellness services.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide care for patients across all age groups
  • Handle same- and next-day appointments for urgent illnesses and injuries
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Conduct sports physicals, screenings, and administer vaccines
  • Perform annual wellness visits and physicals
  • Provide well-child care, Medicare Wellness visits, and general check-ups
  • Manage complex patients and geriatric care
  • Coordinate home health referrals and transitional care post-ER
  • Offer GYN/Well woman care
  • Address acute conditions, referring to specialists as needed


Additional Information

  • Board Certifications required in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
