Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for an impactful 120-day assignment in Arizona, starting Aug 3, 2026. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, focusing on comprehensive outpatient primary care, including diagnosis and treatment across all age groups, alongside robust preventive care and chronic disease management.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all age groups.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
- Perform routine check-ups, preventive care, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR/EHR documentation.
- Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with IHS and federal healthcare standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives.
- Ability to work in rural/tribal healthcare settings.
