Job Description
Our client in California is actively seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 100-day assignment starting Jun 1, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive Family Medicine, focusing on routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute illnesses, with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts from 7am-6pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide B&B Family Medicine, referring out any specialized care.
- Utilize Ambient AI to assist with dictation.
- Conduct routine check-ups and preventive care, including annual physical exams, vaccinations, health screenings, and wellness advice.
- Manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, and heart disease.
- Treat acute illnesses including common colds, flu, ear infections, sore throats, and minor injuries like sprains and cuts.
- Work four 10-hour shifts, typically from 7am-6pm.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
- EMR: Nextgen.
