Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to join our client's team in Kentucky for an 18-day assignment, beginning Jul 8, 2026. This vital role involves 24-hour call coverage from 7 AM to 7 AM, primarily focused on out-of-house weekend call with frequent callbacks, handling typical deliveries, C-sections, GYN cases, and daily patient consults, rounding, and follow-ups in a high-volume delivery environment with a NICU.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide 24-hour out-of-house weekend call coverage, managing a fairly high callback volume.
  • Perform typical deliveries and C-sections.
  • Manage GYN cases and consults.
  • Conduct NSTs (Non-Stress Tests).
  • Perform patient consults, rounding, and follow-ups each day.
  • Contribute to a high-delivery volume unit, averaging 70-80 deliveries per month.
  • Expect approximately 4-10 callback hours daily.
