Locum Tenens Physician - OB/GYN Needed in NY

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 10-day assignment starting May 11, 2026, in New York. This role involves covering clinic duties, managing calls, and performing surgeries, with shifts typically from 8am to 5pm. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling annuals, postpartum care, OB checks, new OB patients, GYN checks, and will be on call for deliveries, C-sections, and ED consults.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cover clinic duties, manage call, and perform surgeries.
• Call is out of house.
• Manage annuals, postpartum cases, OB checks, new OB patients, and GYN checks.
• Be on call for deliveries, C-sections, and Emergency Department consults.
• Perform occasional GYN surgery.
• Expect a low call volume (approximately 340 deliveries per year).
