Job Description

We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon in Missouri for a 10-day assignment starting May 25, 2026. This flexible opportunity offers a schedule that can accommodate one day a week or one week a month, with clinic responsibilities on Mondays and surgery days on Tuesdays. The role involves managing 20-25 patients per day in clinic and performing 4-5 surgeries daily, encompassing a range of general orthopedic and hand procedures.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform clinic duties, seeing 20-25 patients per day, typically on Mondays.
  • Conduct 4-5 surgeries per day, typically on Tuesdays.
  • Manage post-operative follow-ups; pre-op is handled by nursing staff.
  • Address general orthopedic cases including:
  • Open and closed fractures
  • Arthroscopy
  • Hip, knee, ankle, and shoulder procedures
  • Meniscus repair
  • ACL reconstruction
  • Rotator Cuff Repair
  • Injections
  • Perform hand surgery cases such as:
  • Fracture fixation
  • Tendon repair
  • Nerve repair
  • Replantation
  • Carpal Tunnel Release
  • Trigger Finger Release
  • Arthritis Surgery
  • No inpatient procedures are required for this role.
