Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatric Cardiology Physician Assistant for a 13-day assignment in Texas, starting Aug 3, 2026. The successful candidate will work standard 5-day shifts, 13 hours each, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, focusing on essential bedside procedures. Duties include the independent removal of chest tubes, cardiac lines, pacing wires, and surgical drains, with additional procedural capabilities like the insertion of chest tubes and arterial lines being requested.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Independently perform essential bedside procedures, including the removal of chest tubes, cardiac lines, pacing wires, and surgical drains
• (Requested, but not required) Perform additional procedural capabilities, including the insertion of chest tubes, arterial and central lines, and endotracheal intubation
