Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Texas for a 48-day assignment starting Jul 2, 2026. This role requires a solo provider comfortable handling all urgent care cases and procedures, including in-office interventions. Shifts are available in both AM (8am-4pm) and PM (3pm-11pm) to ensure comprehensive patient care.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Function as the sole provider, managing all urgent care cases and procedures independently.
  • Close all patient charts by the end of each shift.
  • Manage a variety of urgent care cases.
  • Perform in-office procedures such as I&D, sutures, foreign body removal, and toe nail removal.
  • Potentially provide occupational medicine services including workplace injury evaluations and drug testing at some locations.
