Job Description

Our client in Texas is seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 27-day assignment starting Jun 4, 2026. This role involves working as the sole provider, managing all urgent care cases and procedures. Shifts are available from 8am-4pm or 3pm-11pm, requiring proficiency in in-office procedures such as I&D, sutures, and foreign body removal. Candidates must be prepared to hit the ground running with all urgent care demands.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the sole provider, managing all urgent care cases and procedures.
• Ensure all patient charts are closed by the end of the shift.
• Handle B&B urgent care cases.
• Perform in-office procedures including Incision and Drainage (I&D), sutures, foreign body removal, and toe nail removal.
• Address occupational medicine services such as workplace injuries, evaluations, and drug testing where applicable.
